Very easy to use, absolutely loved it. Although it was my first time, I made a few mistakes but that's how you learn. I am actually doing a new set tomorrow, so I have had these on since my package arrived, actually a day after it arrived. So amazing longevity, just all round a great product

I would have liked maybe a user manual or description of how the products should be used
Thank you for your feedback. Sincere apologies we checked and found that the step-by-step instructions were only visible on the individual product pages and not on the kits and sets. This has now been fixed and you will find it in the Instructions tab on the product page below the description

Returns
If you are not completely satisfied, simply return the items to us in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of receipt and we will issue a credit which can be used to place a new order.
Exchanges
The item must be unused and in original, resaleable condition. Packaging should be returned in an undamaged condition with the item.
