The gel came off as I was shaping my nail..... I did a nail course and I have been doing my nails for nearly 10 years.. wanted to try some new products.. I'm a bit dissapointed. Just glad I did not order the bigger size.

As we discussed on the phone, Builder Gel needs a Base Coat, either Unibase or Rubber Base if you want stronger reinforcement.

Returns
If you are not completely satisfied, simply return the items to us in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of receipt and we will issue a credit which can be used to place a new order.
Exchanges
The item must be unused and in original, resaleable condition. Packaging should be returned in an undamaged condition with the item.
