For all deliveries within South Africa we offer two courier options: Economy (road freight) or Express (air freight). Delivery cost and time is based on location, parcel weight and selected service.  You can check your delivery charges in your shopping cart after adding your goodies.

PLEASE NOTE: Express option will usually be 1-2 days to Main Centre and 2-3 days to Regional Area.  Remote locations will be dependent on the delivery services to your area.

 

Orders are packed and shipped Monday-Friday only. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours from the payment date. Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays are processed on the next business day.

 

The cut off time for same day shipping is 13:00 (1 p.m.).  During special offer events, we despatch within 1-2 business days.

Please note - our shipping is a courier door to door service, but does not include the duties, taxes and customs clearance in your own country.  You will need to check these at your end as we don't have this information available.
